All of the performances have the annoying X Factor theme tune bit at the beginning. To get rid of that: in iTunes, right-click the song and go to ‘Get Info’ then go to the ‘Options’ tab and in the ‘Start Time:’ box put 0:04 and that should cut it off.

Grenade I set mine to start at 0:18 to cut off the screaming at the start. To do that use the same method as above.
Grenade (minus Liam as he was ill) I set mine to finish at 2:22 to cut off the screaming at the end. To do that use the same method as above but change the stop time instead of start time.
